You can book a session in three ways: call us on 0531 100 556, send us a WhatsApp message on 0531 100 557, or book directly online using the "Book a Session" button on this page. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to access our standard session rates.

Yes. We offer virtual therapy sessions that are just as effective as in-person sessions for most concerns. Online sessions are ideal for those with busy schedules or who are unable to attend at our Haatso clinic in person.
